About Our Licensing

ResMac, Inc. is a licensed residential mortgage lender authorized to originate, process, underwrite, and fund mortgage loans in the states listed below. Our licenses are administered by the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS), with each state having its own regulatory authority overseeing our operations.

Texas Consumers

California Consumers

Loans are made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law License from the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. Complaints may be directed to the DFPI at 1-866-275-2677 or dfpi.ca.gov.

Other States

Loan Officer Licensing

Each individual ResMac loan officer holds their own NMLS license. When you work with one of our loan officers, their NMLS number will be provided in all loan disclosures and communications. You can verify any individual loan officer's license at NMLS Consumer Access.

Equal Housing Lender

ResMac is an Equal Housing Lender. We comply with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (15 U.S.C. § 1691 et seq.) and the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.), which prohibit creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, receipt of public assistance, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
