Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Federal law applicable to mortgage transactions, including but not limited to the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Housing Act, and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, also applies.
